Shipping & Returns

Delivery Times

In-Stock Items: All in-stock items ship within 0–2 business days after payment. Our in-stock items can be sold worldwide.

All Other Items: Any item that does not have "In Stock" in the product name is custom-ordered. The factory takes approximately 3–7 days to produce your custom order. Please be patient as we arrange shipping.

  • US & Canada Express: 5–16 days
  • European Union: 5–16 days
  • Finland, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland: 7–21 days
  • Australia: 5–16 days
  • UK: 5–16 days

These are estimated delivery times. Exceptions may extend this time frame (Chinese holidays, weather events, etc.).

To ensure you receive the best doll, we strictly control the manufacturing process and double-check before delivery. When you receive your doll, please inspect it carefully. If you find any quality problem caused by non-human factors such as breakage, please take clear photos, do not use the product, and contact us at dollsell@dollsell.com within 14 days.

Once a quality issue is confirmed, we will return or replace the doll. Our customer service team will work with you to find the best solution. A 50% restocking fee applies in certain cases. We cannot refund a used doll.

Order Change or Cancellation

Order processing starts within 2 hours of receipt. Please ensure your order is correct before submitting.

  • Cancel within 12 hours: no fee, full refund.
  • Cancel after 12 hours: 20% processing fee based on order progress.
  • Once the doll has shipped or your custom doll is finished, the order cannot be canceled.

Damages & Warranty

We do not offer refunds for any reason other than a product damaged on arrival. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 24 hours with detailed photos and videos at dollsell@dollsell.com.

Inspect the doll head to toe before use. Damage caused by improper use is not eligible for return or exchange.

Undeliverable Orders

Please take care providing shipping information — what you provide is exactly how the label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 50% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued.
